DragonHill, an online-first D2C brand, offers Men’s fashion apparel that is an amalgamation of classic elegance and a twist of current trends.
As per the current trend, shoppers are more comfortable purchasing online than visiting physical stores because of the variety they get under one roof, one-day shipping, 24/7 customer support, and most importantly, saving time.
To keep up with the market trend, the client wanted to present their customers with a smooth and user-friendly ecommerce website for their fashion apparel brand. On the frontend, they wanted a clean layout with fast-loading experience which met the brand positioning and guidelines defined by their team.
The challenge for us was to live up to the expectations of the client as they already had a website with very poor technology to back up the backend infrastructure, a cumbersome purchase experience for users and the UX/UI was not up to the mark.
Furthermore, the client wanted to manage all their inventory, order fulfillment, and bundle products linked through their website itself.
We designed, developed and relaunched Dragon Hill, a men’s fashion apparel brand with an entirely new look and feel. An ecommerce website with a highly improved UI/UX as per the requirement to give shoppers a smooth browsing experience. They wanted to make a bold statement with their products and hence we created a fresh interface for their products page to ensure that consumers get a vivid view of what they are going to buy.
We have used the latest technology stacks with a Shopify structure at the backend to ensure ease-of-business, flexibility in store management, security, and a robust structure for future enhancements. We evaluated their existing experience and created a fresh and high-conversion ecommerce funnel for the brand.
For flawless management of inventories and orders for the online store, we integrated the website with the unicommerce platform. We have also established the requirement of bundle products by setting them up with upsell, cross-sell, mix and match, and exit intent bundle pop-up.
Within around a 6-week timeline, from conception to completion, we relaunched the Dragon Hill brand with an entirely new look and feel, an improved UI/UX ecommerce website with an optimized and high-conversion ecommerce funnel.
